ORGAN STOCK arose from the mutual confidence and creative synergies of its two founders, Shawn Organ and Jon Stock. While at Jones Day, Shawn and Jon partnered on several cases. Three of those cases went to trial, and each of those trials produced a favorable outcome: (1) a directed verdict for our client Bausch & Lomb in a product liability case; (2) a complete defense victory of no damages for our client LTV Steel in a 2 million dollar contract dispute; and (3) an award of approximately 1 million dollars for our individual client in a breach of fiduciary duty case. Shawn and Jon did not know it at the time, but their shared success at trial planted the seeds that would one day grow into ORGAN STOCK.
